Change member's role

#Administration

Team Admins can manage the roles and permissions of other members on their team.

Promote a Full member to Administrator

  1. Go to member list on the Admin page.
  2. Team directory
  3. Click on the member profile pane you wish to promote.
  4. Choose "Manage access".
  5. Check the "Has Admin role" box.
  6. Done!

If you need to demote an Admin to Full member, follow the steps above and uncheck the "Has Admin role" box.

Change a Full member's role to Restricted member

  1. Go to member list on the Admin page.
  2. Click on the member profile pane you wish to demote to restricted.
  3. Choose "Manage access".
  4. Under "Board Access" check the "Restricted team member" box, select the boards they should have access to and click Save.
  5. Done!

Change a Restricted member's role to Full member

  1. Go to member list on the Admin page.
  2. Click on the member profile pane you wish to promote to Full member.
  3. Choose "Manage access".
  4. Under "Board Access" check the "Full team member" box and click Save.
  5. Done!
