Update billing details

Administrators can see and change which plan their team is on, update payment methods and view billing history on the team Admin page.

Change payment method

Whether your credit card is expired, no longer working, or you simply need to swap it out for a new one, you can update it at any time. Here’s how:

Visit the Billing page.

Click on the “Payment Methods” tab.

Under “Add New Card”, fill in the required fields.

Follow the prompts.


Customize your billing statements and contacts

By default, team administrators receive the billing emails and view billing history and updates. Sometimes, you might need to add specific billing contact email or customise the Invoice Address to include information like your company name, address or other.

Visit the Billing page.

Click on the “Settings” tab.

Under “Invoice Address” and “Billing email” you can customize the needed details.
